Calls get a callback within 1 hour, 8am to 8pm. Texts and chats are usually answered within minutes during that window. Emails get a same-day reply on weekdays, and anything that lands overnight is the first thing I get to in the morning.
A first message goes faster when it includes a few basics: whether you're buying, selling, renting, or relocating, the city or neighborhood you have in mind, and a rough timeline. If you're selling, the property address helps. If you're buying, a budget range and whether you're already pre-approved saves a round of back-and-forth. None of that is required to reach out, it just means I can give you a real answer on the first call instead of a second one.
