A note from Marlo

Hi. I'm Marlo. Before real estate, I ran my own vintage shop right here in South Florida for seven years. Almost every piece that came in and went out got negotiated. Our neighbors voted us Best in City six of those seven years.

Before the shop? Ten years in the car business, managing the office and signing finance contracts. Add it up and that's nearly twenty years of negotiating for a living. Now that muscle works for you.

Why the switch to real estate? Honestly, I watched too many people get treated like a transaction. A friend called an agent about a home and waited four days for a callback. Four days! That drove me a little crazy.

So I built my business around one promise: I return every call within an hour. Texts, usually in minutes. That's not a slogan. It's the whole reason I exist.

Two more things you should know about me.

First, I was born and raised here. Davie, Cooper City, Weston, Hollywood, the Ranches. I've watched these neighborhoods grow up. I know which blocks flood, which HOAs are strict, and where the good schools really are.

Second, my husband is a professional photographer. Every listing I take gets real photography. No dark phone pics. No two-photo listings that hide the garage. Ever seen a listing that forgot to mention the 2-car garage? My client had to find it on Google Maps. That never happens on my watch.
